Fool’s Gold Maple Syrup began in 2015 when owner and founder Ian Robertson re-discovered his love for the outdoors after 30 years of working in the banking world. What started as a family's escape from city life and a small-scale passion project quickly evolved into a larger labor of love, and so began Robertson Maple Farms and Fool's Gold syrup.
Hand tapped annually and wood fired in the heart of Minden Hills, Ontario, each year's unique batch offers a distinct taste of Canadian maple syrup — simple, delicious, and perfectly unrefined.
